How We Work With Clients
We follow a structured, client-focused process designed to help you clearly define your objectives and implement private trust and entity structures that align with your goals. Our role is to provide education, guidance, and administrative support throughout the process.
We work in collaboration with your chosen legal, tax, and financial professionals.
Our Process
While every client’s situation is unique, most engagements follow these general stages:
Step 1 – Initial Consultation
We begin with a conversation to understand your objectives, assets, concerns, and priorities. This may include a review of your current structure and any specific goals around privacy, asset organization, or succession.
Step 2 – Assessment and Strategy Development
Following the initial discussion, we prepare a preliminary analysis and outline potential structuring options. This stage focuses on identifying suitable private trust or entity arrangements that may support your stated objectives.
Step 3 – Documentation and Customization
Once a direction is selected, we assist with the preparation of customized documentation. All legal instruments are developed with reference to established principles and are intended to be reviewed by your licensed attorney prior to execution.
Step 4 – Review and Refinement
You and your advisors review the proposed documents. We make revisions based on your feedback and your professionals’ recommendations.
Step 5 – Implementation
After final approvals, we support the execution and initial implementation steps, including guidance on funding or titling assets where appropriate.
Step 6 – Education and Ongoing Support
Clients receive access to educational materials and documentation. Additional support is available for future adjustments or questions as your circumstances evolve.
Important Considerations
Our services are educational and facilitative in nature. We do not provide legal advice, tax advice, or act as legal counsel.
The design and implementation of any trust or entity structure should be reviewed by qualified, licensed professionals in your jurisdiction. The effectiveness of any arrangement depends on proper drafting, execution, and ongoing administration in accordance with applicable law.
We recommend that all clients maintain relationships with their own attorneys, CPAs, and other advisors throughout the process.
